Copy all files in this archive to your "Application Data\Home" directory. Plugins you will need are: - Facade plugin (free beta from http://www.sbsh.net/products/facade/) - SmartMonitor (free from http://www.smartphinger.co.uk/SmartMonitor/) You'll want to use a text editor to edit the section of the XML file listed under "<!-- Facade Plugin Launcher Bar -->" to provide icons to your most commonly used programs (unless you have the same setup as mine :)). A background is also included in the "Ken" directory for users of the Start Menu replacement "gStart", which can be got from http://www.airfagev.com/forum_view.asp?msg_id=169074.
