Guest Tech Posted May 14, 2006 Report Posted May 14, 2006 texts WERE 10p and always have been - now bumped up to 12p and an extra charge for delivery reports glad I moved to T-mob - at least they offer MORE for less and dont screw up the bill usage and the CS are more helpful.
Guest Tariff Posted May 18, 2006 Report Posted May 18, 2006 I think the answer is in the flex bit of the flext - Racoon might give more value if you want the texts, insurance and traffic tv - if that's what suits you then great., go for it (we'll ignore the fact that orange's CS has gone so far downhill it's scraping the bottom) but as users of SmartPhones or PPCs what most (I make the natural assumption that because I want it everyone else in the universe does as well) people want is cheap data prices. In certain cercumstances O might be better value - and I would advise everyone to chek, but for me they're not. I agree everyone should check. In nearly every mobile industry magazine i read O on average have better customer service results than the other networks, both in mystery shop and mystery caller results. I just wouldn't take T becuse they have the worst network coverage out of the big networks.

Funnily enough, Tmobile have better coverage here in my city than Orange do - and yet we don't have a tmobile shop. I used to work for the Orange Shop here, and inside the shop you would never get more than 2 bars of signal.. CSRs used to think we were talking through bad quality Bluetooth headsets. As for mystery shop - well, we strived to do our best because our commission is based on the mystery shop score. If you do crap, then you take home nowt. And from my experiences with Tmobile CS so far - they're A+ fantastic.
Guest Confucious Posted May 18, 2006 Report Posted May 18, 2006 I agree that O always used to have the best CS - unfortunatly it is not then experience on here any more, wheras T's CS actually get people saying how good they are and how much better thnan O they are now. A shame, butg true.
