Guest foxmeister Posted March 6, 2006 Report Posted March 6, 2006 Ok, So my SPV M5000 has a night red backlight for the keys on the keyboard - I know so, because on 2 occasions I've seen it. Hower, most of the time my keyboard is unilluminated. However, I've no idea how or why it switches on! Can anyone enlighten me?? Is my SPV faulty? Should the keyboard backlight switch on whenever a key is pressed? Thanks, Dave
Guest fluffcat1 Posted March 6, 2006 Report Posted March 6, 2006 There is a light sensor top left of the keyboard that detects the ambiet light levels and switches on the backlight if needed. You can disable this in the settings so the keyboard backlight is always on. Richard
