Can Skype via Bluetooth on a HTC Typhoon ?

I read in others posts that skype works on the wifi equipped smartphone like SP5, I have been trying to apply the same procedure on my Xphone2 but hang on the skypeppc.exe. Has anyone managed to skype on their non-wifi smartphone?

In regards to the Bluetooth aspect of this experiment, I have skype on my m500 over bluetooth and I cant be more than 2 meters away without call quality going way down and then dropping.

Sorry but m500 is not a typhoon but more of a PPCPE rather than a smartphone version.
