Charging spv c500

I bought charger on ebay, and my phone too, but when I charge phone first light up red light after 3 seconds orange and after 3 seconds green light, green lighting about 1 minute and but after again red orange and green light. I dont know what going on?

When charger are disconnection I cant turn on my phone but when it is connect phone turn on for 5 seconds(show logo, red light turn on and phone turn off)
