Cab file to restore dialing function after a hard

Thanks to bogblaster (on another forum) we now have a cab file for people who have had to perform a hard reset.

This will make the phone application work correctly again.

what was wrong with the phone application after a hard reset. i have done some rests and dont see what the problem is or was :?:

Thanks for the info...I immediately noticed that the speed dial had changed but didn't know why. Have got the download....Now what do I do to use it? In which directory do the files sit...Help!!!
