HELP: system try disappeared after installing PPCProfile Pro

Just installed PPCProfile on my WM5 device (Mio A701), it is impressive - PZP doesn't work on my device.

However, I got a few problems:

i. System Tray disappeared even uninstalling PPCProfile. Does anybody can tell me how can I get the try back ?

ii. Auto Switching doesn't work well. Speaker will switch off automatically even the current active profile is Normal.
