a 701 the camera not working

hi for all

when i klik on the camera icon

it is start and all i see is black screen

the mio dont stuck

and every software i open

is like capturing screen

any solution :)

Try these (in order of increasing desperation), then see if it fixes your camera prob.

a) software reset

:) remove battery, wait 10 secs, restart.

(on both above your data should remain intact)

c) hardware reset (see top Sticky in this A701 forum) as a last resort.

I have had a very similar problem to yours once beofre in the last 7 weeks with the A701.

(a) above worked for me = a quick software reset.
