SPV M3000 switches on after a few seconds

Hi

I have a problem with my Orange SPV M3000, I installed the latest Orange ROM and since then I have a strange problem:

When I switch off (not completly, just standby) the Displys gets black, everthing fine...

But after a few seconds the display switches on again. After another few seconds the backlight switches off (this is ok, I set this in the control panel)... But in 5-30 sec the display switches on again...

But this does not always happen: I can not see a regualarity. I think it most happens when I am at home, but sometimes also when I am not...

What could this be? The ROM, the Phone?
