Problem with upgrading Wallaby

hi all;

hope someone may help; heres the issue:

i upgraded my rom thousand times

; but this time im havin a strange problem...

ive: ActiveSync 4.1

Wallaby PW10a1

rom: wm2003 (qtek version)

ive cooked myself a rom at romkitchen as i made hundreds of times before; i downloaded the exe; i connected my pda thru ActiveSync - everything normal until here- and it shyncs wit my pc; then i open the exe file i downloaded but it sayz: "An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote device"

i restarted my Pc; soft reset and hard reset the pda; and re-installed active sync; but still no success Sad

any ideas???

Have you tried recooking the rom?

maybe something messed up when it was cooking

thats only thing i can think of at the moment
