O2 XDA Mini S Hard Reset Won't Work

Hi,

I got an XDA mini S a couple days ago, wondered where the photo contacts was, from reading online I found someone said to hard reset. I cannot get the thing to do it! I hold both of the correct buttons down and press in the reset with the stylus, I get the message up on screen but dont understand it, it says press send, what is send? if its the green phone button, thats what I'm doing - NOTHING HAPPENS, if I keep the bottons held absoloutely nothing happens but if I release them it just soft resets and nothing changes, please can someone help me.
