question about qtek rom

i am pretty new to these devices (actually it's the first pocket pc i used) and is wondering where do we get new updates?? (roms)

and how do you change language?? my is on norwegian and i hate it

It depends on where you got the phone from as to what ROMs you can download and install without voiding the warrenty.

And languages can be changed in Settings > System Tab > Regional Settings.

thx for your answer but unfortunate it was to late, i fixed swedish on it last night (around 3 i think)

I see that the qtek.se site has a rom update on it, 2.something while I am at 1.7 or so. Why does one update roms, and can it be dangerous or what sort of stuff do I need to know before I do it? Also how?
