These might be useful in addition to these orange settings

Everything but the APN : orangeinternet is unnecessary -

no username,

no password,

no DNS needed,

and in the orange roms this info is not in the settings so I'm unsure why your phone needs it.

Please amend your post - currently it will only serve to confuse people.
