I can not hard reset my MDA Vario [SOLVED]

I updated my Wizard with the T-Mobile update a few days ago, and now I want to clear it of all the bad settings I have been experimenting with by doing a hard reset, but each time I try the key press combination (Comm manager button and Voice Command button) with the reset button I end up with a soft reset! I've removed my miniSD card in case that is causing any problems but it doesn't help.

Any solutions please?

Solved... I found an app called Clear Storage in the Settings. I should have read the manual. :)

Clear Storage is not quite a hard reset, it's similar but affects the device in a slightly different way.

A Hard Reset is normally a matter of timing, I've not tried with the new Tmobile ROM as yet.

What is the difference between a hard reset and clear storage? Because using Clear Storage is the method I have always used ... :)
