Does anyone have any instructions on how to set up push mail on the Vario?

I'd like to set it up with my Exchange server.

Any pointers would be much appreciated.

Thanks

The one on Microsoft's site is the one I used and it all worked OK. Pretty sure I got the link from MoDaCo somewhere - have a search around.

I've just done a quick search and can't find it :-( and I'm on a slow link so can't dig around.

In a nutshell it's a doddle.

Put latest patches on Exchange server (doing all the usual backups before)

Select user account, properties, enable the mobile access for that user

Point mobile device at accessible name/IP of Exchange server, smile quietly at the breathtaking simplicity of it all

If you have exchange server 2003 sp2, (and you havent disabled all the remote access to mail) then its all enabled by default. Simply delete the partnershipn in activesync on your pc, then reconnect the device and set up a new partnership, but this time say you want to connect to an exchange server. Enter your server details and your logon, and then sync the device. After the first sync, the device will prompt you and ask if you want direct push enabled.
