Ok here's my guess:

Answer to first question about phone keypad = 0+1+2+3+4+5+6+7+8+9 = 45

Answer to question on dogs legs = 8*4 = 32

Answer to taxi question = 3*4 = 12

The word "Phone" contains "one" = 1

The word "eight" = 8

The word "three" = 3

Add them all together = 45+32+12+1+8+3 = 101

Is that anywhere close to the right answer?

The word "number" appears three times so my guess is......3?

ok, dunno if this is right but just read the hint OUTSIDE the box.... the word number appears out side the box.. so my guess is either

6, 4x number(s) and 2 actual numbers,

or

15, 4 numbers + three + eight

New Clue!

You need real numbers that are numbers and not the words "number and numbers".

Also think about the words and not the sums of each questions.

grammatically would it not be zero as there are no numbers only words?

I told you it was quizzes made by morons with totally stupid answers where in the world is the word six

its written backwards who the hell rights backwards and if thats the case i protest and say it should be 19 as legs on eight gives you another one as posted previous

Well, in light of the answer , obviously not thinking out of the box enough ;) but it was really early, and I was on the train and I had a hangover ............

18 wheels:

Each taxi has 1 x steering wheel, 4 x driving wheels ams 1 x spare wheel :)

I may have been wrong, but I did it myyyyyyy waaaaaaayyyyy!

Nooo they have to be whole words not shared. Your not aloud to share words so its 18!

Lol! Well actually.

It was 75p and then you get on hold and that was all that you paid each time you called, just one off 75p.

Also it was actually a rapid fire round so they were gettin through calls pretty damn quick!

I've only just come across this but its been quite interesting to read everybodies views. As i was going along i couldn't get it. Perhaps you could start more off like that - drive us all mad.
