Guest ricardo the fish Posted September 6, 2006 Report Posted September 6, 2006 Cheers, proves how little I follow football  Don't worry, I forgot about there being no premiership this past w/end as well.
Guest jimbouk Posted September 6, 2006 Report Posted September 6, 2006 Trouble is they haven't even updated the Sunday and Monday matches from the week before yet!
Guest goochy1 Posted September 6, 2006 Report Posted September 6, 2006 Trouble is they haven't even updated the Sunday and Monday matches from the week before yet! They should update all in one go - Are you sure you didn't make anymore canges after 11 as that stops your points.
Guest adchaffey Posted September 7, 2006 Report Posted September 7, 2006 They should update all in one go - Are you sure you didn't make anymore canges after 11 as that stops your points. This point scoring system sounds pretty odd to me! I might have to sign up to check it out! On the official premier league fantasy football, the points are calculated during the match. You can actually see how you're doing for points while they're playing. Then an update takes place shortly after the last match to calculate the extra points for "man of the match" etc.
Guest goochy1 Posted September 10, 2006 Report Posted September 10, 2006 Ouch! I think Dr Who is pulling away. The battle is still wide open. If dr who is on 262 now whats it gonna be at the end of the season lol
Guest awarner (MVP) Posted September 10, 2006 Report Posted September 10, 2006 disco stu is on 262 not dr who :D I've slipped into 3rd and stu is stomping ahead at the moment.
Guest Monolithix (MVP) Posted September 10, 2006 Report Posted September 10, 2006 Well considering the madness of yesterdays results i'm surprised i scored at all! Still, at least i'm not last (yet :D)
Guest goochy1 Posted September 23, 2006 Report Posted September 23, 2006 What time do they normally update the table is it around about after the 17:15 kick off finished??
Guest goochy1 Posted September 23, 2006 Report Posted September 23, 2006 Looks like Wallys Wallys have the best chance of catching the amazing manager of Disco Stu. Stu where are you overall just out of curiosity??
Guest w411y Posted September 24, 2006 Report Posted September 24, 2006 Looks like Wallys Wallys have the best chance of catching the amazing manager of Disco Stu. Stu where are you overall just out of curiosity?? Not sure there I think someone could have an awesome week or two. I can see things changing quite easily
Guest Disco Stu Posted September 24, 2006 Report Posted September 24, 2006 Looks like Wallys Wallys have the best chance of catching the amazing manager of Disco Stu. Stu where are you overall just out of curiosity?? W4lly's right. I've had a stinker this week though I've got 2 players yet to kick off. The MoDaCo table is closing up and I have a talent for stopping strikers' goal-scoring simply by transferring them into my side. Likewise, the week I drop a player they are almost guaranteed to net a hat-trick  My Team Disco Stu Points: 383.5 Overall Rank: 27,455 Percentile: 82nd Rank Change: -10,679 Ironically but very happily, the week I have a fantasy stinker my real-life team Leeds play like a dream :(
Guest Paul (MVP) Posted September 28, 2006 Report Posted September 28, 2006 I'm 5 of 14 with no changes whatsoever to my team since the start, AND missing the first week :( I need to swap Flamini tho  P
Guest goochy1 Posted October 3, 2006 Report Posted October 3, 2006 When you go to change a player it says lock down on Oct 7th any one what that means?
Guest Disco Stu Posted October 4, 2006 Report Posted October 4, 2006 It just means that they never change the text for weekends when there are no Premiership games. The software may prevent you changing players for the usual period this weekend though - I've never tried it.
Guest w411y Posted October 28, 2006 Report Posted October 28, 2006 Who's got Rooney then  ? :(
Guest Paul (MVP) Posted October 28, 2006 Report Posted October 28, 2006 I'm quite happy with 3rd place with only 1 or 2 ever team changes  P
Guest goochy1 Posted October 29, 2006 Report Posted October 29, 2006 Who's got Rooney then  ? :( Lucky Bu**ers
Guest w411y Posted November 5, 2006 Report Posted November 5, 2006 Told you getting in front of Stu wasn't impossible  C'mon the Wallys :(
Guest awarner (MVP) Posted December 6, 2006 Report Posted December 6, 2006 I'm happy as it's the first week I've been top scorer :)
Guest Disco Stu Posted December 6, 2006 Report Posted December 6, 2006 Told you getting in front of Stu wasn't impossible :) C'mon the Wallys :P ...and I'm happy because I'm back in front :D BTW, The 'official' Fantasy Premier Leage game is far harder to make a comeback on : 1 The Cunning Stunts Anthony Chaffey 30 814 2 Out2Lunch Disco Stu 65 626 -shows current / cumulative points
Guest adchaffey Posted December 7, 2006 Report Posted December 7, 2006 BTW, The 'official' Fantasy Premier Leage game is far harder to make a comeback on : Would you beleive I'm still only second and struggling to keep near the leader in my private league with friends! Some people have way too much time on their hands!
Guest awarner (MVP) Posted December 7, 2006 Report Posted December 7, 2006 I hardly ever change my lineup and have never changed my formation. That would start to make me appear to know what I am doing :)
Guest Paul (MVP) Posted December 7, 2006 Report Posted December 7, 2006 I've only ever made 1 change... and i'm 5th now IIRC (was 3rd at one point!) P
Guest w411y Posted December 9, 2006 Report Posted December 9, 2006 ...and I'm happy because I'm back in front :) *cough* :D
Guest Monolithix (MVP) Posted December 11, 2006 Report Posted December 11, 2006 Now my exams are (almost) over i'll actually have the time to mess with my lineup!
