Guest JonnyO
I've installed Phonepad onto my M3100. It seems installed ok, i can see it in the list of input options, however, I can't select it. It always defaults back to keyboard. I've tried SIPChange and that isn't doing the trick. Anyone managed to get Phonepad working on the M3100. I see Paul amongst others has had it working on the TYTN.
Guest Paul (MVP)
I'm guessing you used one of the CABs that's floating around. I found only the very latest version with all the reg entries / files copied intact works reliably. P

P Hmm, hope that version shows up somewhere then :D I've also just installed Tengo Free and that won't select either! What is going on here? Can you install Tengo Free on your M3100 Paul? What is going on here? Can you install Tengo Free on your M3100 Paul? Nor does Tengo Thumb. I mentioned this a while back but no one seemed to care. If you stop the orange branding, it works. If you turn off most of the today plugins, it works. If you remove the sd card ,it works. I can only assume its some sort of memory issue... Guest NikLP
Perhaps it's expecting you to use your forehead as the input device under these conditions? Or a wall-related impact, perhaps? <_

Otherwise its just as quick to use the kb. Plus I don't understand why they sell tengo thumb as a different application, essentially its a larger skin on the app! If anyone can post a link to buy phonepad or get the cabs I would love to install on vario

If anyone can post a link to buy phonepad or get the cabs I would love to install on vario 2 You can find what is alleged to be a working version of phonepad for hermes on the xda-developers.com wiki I believe. The legality of this is potentially questionable however, hence direct linking on the part of modaco forum members to resources such as this is forbidden.
