Guest StGeorge Posted August 31, 2006 Report Posted August 31, 2006 Hi Really simple question this I am sure and I have no doubt that someone here will be able to sort me out!! Embarrasing few minutes this morning when I tried to partake in a scheduled conference call from skype on my 3100. Basically I had the call in my diary and sync'd to the phone but as soon as it was timed to start I couldnt hear anything as the handset decided I was in a meeting and therefore should be on silent! All very clever but how do I turn it off?!?! Thankfully the call was with colleagues not clients but still embarassing! I remember this on my c500 where is was a setting in the profile but where is it now there are no profiles. Thanks An ever so slightly embarassed Ed!!
Guest jimbouk Posted August 31, 2006 Report Posted August 31, 2006 Correct me if I;m wrong but that would be down to an app you've installed. Its not an OS option - so is it a Diary one?
Guest NikLP Posted September 1, 2006 Report Posted September 1, 2006 All very clever but how do I turn it off?!?! Suspect it might be something as simple as hitting the speaker icon and turning the volume back up during the appointment? As for preventing that happening again, maybe changing the status of the appt in outlook would prevent it? (from 'busy' to maybe 'tentative'?) Not sure...
