Assign 'Lock Device' to Button 5 (Press & Hold)?

Can't do it with SPB Pocket Plus, which is a shame. I'd like to replicate how I had my magician set up - I had alt-tab on the speed dial button, and deltaLock assigned to a double click on that button.

Obviously with there being a built in lock now, I'm not going to reinstall DeltaLock, but similarly this raises the issue that I can't assign that action to a button, it would seem...?

i have assigned mute to button five - which is a pocket plus shortcut - and it repalces the old hold com mgr on previous devices.

I use Matt Armstrong's device Lock >LINK< on my Vario, which lets you assign a hardware key to the built in device lock, the best bit about it is you don't need the 'device lock' plugin to be displayed on the today screen

That sounded good, but I followed the link and I couldn't understand what he was on about (possibly the influence of beer, but how likely is that? pff! :D). Can you translate and specify that this would certainly fix my problem (well, the one I was asking about, at least! :D)

Ensure you're registered with the site because you need to be to DL the file, its a little app that lets you assign a hardware key to the inbuilt WM5 device lock. I have it set to the left softkey on my Vario but I've heard others set it to the record button as most people never use this, though I'm not sure what buttons the Hermes has

Now sober up and start tweaking!!

With regards to your footling comments above, sir, I have merely the following comment to make.

You're a f***ing star my friend. This does EXACTLY what ... I said... on my tin...(?!)

Stunning. This now means I can hold the phone in one hand and lock it without having to hit the screen with a mucky paw when I've booted media player. Now if I can just get round the arseache of it now defaulting to Storage Card when it's been reset I'll be laughing.
