Hi, I am trialling an SPV M3100 handset with a SIM that has line 2 active. I know that line is not fully functional with Pocket PC devices, except for incoming calls. Recently, after people have left me messages (on my line 1) the spool is not clearing once I have deleted the message. If I put the SIM in another device, say a C600 or iPaq HW6910 the spool does not show. Other times, I will have a message, but the spool does not show.

I have spoken to our account team at Orange who are saying that as the M3100 doesn't support line 2, it is getting 'confused'.... even though no message/call has been left/made to the line 2 number. We have quite a few devices that have line 2 for incoming (private) calls on them that don't have this problem. Its not specific to this unit, as it happens on other M3100's. Orange just tell me to call 158 to get it sorted.

Has anyone else had this problem with the 3100?

Also, is anyone aware if line 2 could be supported on pocket PC's when the advanced line 2 is launched?
