how do you move my documents to storage card +/or synchronise notes to storage card?

On my spv m3100

"my notes" are within "My documents" which is stored in the main system memory.

When I active sync the entire "my documents folder" is synchronized with a folder on my desktop pc and my notes are syncronized with outlook

Is it possible to move the "my documents" folder onto the storage card and maintain synchronization with my desktop pc folder as my documents is fairly large and taking up the majority of the system storage?

I have not been able to achieve this up to now!

for example If I just move a single note to my storage card it is no longer synchronized with outlook. The same goes for other files within the "my documents" folder
