im still trying to get a bluetooth connection from my m600 to my c600 which i can then use internet through. (I prefer using the the c600 as a phone) After a long chat with orange they finally decided it was the wrong kind of 'bluetooth modem thingy' and this type of connection would not work with these phones! even though the manual describes excatly how to use another bluetooth pnone as a modem!

Anyone able to explain what the problem is please?

i now can actually answear this one myself! and for the benefit of other struggling novices

the dialling number should be *99#, the same for when you do a pc to phone modem link. (I was previously using 'orangeinternet')

Shame orange couldnt sort this one!!!

Can I just check, is this so that you can use the C600 via Bluetooth and surf using teh GPRS rather than GSM ... if I have it right, then I have been wanting to do this, but could not figure out how.

Would you be able to explain in a bit more detail.

im using the c600 as the 'modem'. I connect the M600 via bluetooth to the C600. Then in the M600 set up a new connection with settings as follows:

modem: 'bluetoth'

new partnership - select C600

number to be dialed '*99#'

for orange user name password as all left empty

Done!!
