Phone is fine with another SIM and my SIM won't work in another phone so I'd say it's a SIM problem. 2hrs of hold on Friday and I finally got hold of someone who couldn't help and was going to call me today after referring it to "technical support". Surprise surprise No call! So far 2hrs 48mins on hold trying to get this resolved. Where do I stand on cancelling the contract. Just upgraded (2 weeks ago) but this is taking the piss.
