One thing to try is to disconnect the device and delete the partnership, then create a new partnershi[ when you reconnect. Moved to the PocketPC Help and Advice secion.

IIRC 85010014 is normally caused where someone has upgraded their outlook without uninstalling the old version. Just about to leave work now so can't check but I think the best solution is to uninstall outlook (keeping the pst file obviously! and re-instal from scratch - assuming that you have upgraded outlook that is!
