The Orange SPV M600 is equivalent to the O2 XDA mini. There may be some gaps but this is due to the fact that each individual manufacturers customizing their fascias for their phones. The gaps would probably unsubstantial with regards to this.

Frankly, I would go for EXIM screen protectors. Do note that there are 3 main variants of this brand namely the SPOC, SPUC and SPUP. I have personally used the SPUC (screen protector ultra protect) for a qtek S110 (=O2 Mini). I am planning to try one of the SPUP (.... ultra protect) for my orange M3100/O2 xda trion.

You can find some info for the M600 here; Exim-M600

There is also some information for their SPUP line here;

SPUP

I know the prices here may be overpriced but in the 1.5 years the SPUC has been on the qtek, i have not had to change it nor was there any air bubbles formed (except for when i first applied it worngly).

There are some sellers on ebay as well but they seem to only stock the SPUC ones. I have a hunch that the spuc ones are better (and a few dollars more).
