The one I have always found most effective in the past, if a little unwieldy in use, is 'ThemeGenCE' from CodePPC. Well, i'm pleased to let you know that ThemeGenCE has just been updated to version 1.7! Changes include...- Clearer GUI 6 tabs to define current Theme parameters - Customisable main form of ThemeGenCE - 5 preview Skins - Better definition of different Theme orientations (i.e. Portrait and Landscape). - Color modifications now available in Images fefinition form (RGB and HSL). - User Options now saved in an INI file to have the same interface from one session to another one ... and more! (Use Main Page Options tab) :) More Image Processings in Images page : Contrast button added. Effect Options with 6 tabs : 1) Same as in previous versions 2) Background added to the image by modification of image transparency - with 1 color - 2 colors gradients : top-bottom, diagonal and centered gradient. With centered gradient you can define a transparency for the image 3) Image transformed by patterns 4) Floyd - Steinberg 5) Radial Blur 6) Radial Zoom c) Text add module. This module is accessible when all images needed for the current themeare available. The button is on 2nd tab of main page.It is visible when "Create Theme" is ungrayed.
