Guest rintys5
My M3100 has started turning the bluetooth off for no apparent reason. It has been happening occasionally for a few weeks but I'd put it down to low power, but now it's happening every day, often more than once. Is this likely to be a software issue or hardware do you think?
Guest richard_d
All I can advise is trying a soft reset and seeing if that solves it. If not try a hard reset without installing other software if that doesn't work it's likely to be hardware.
