Retrieve contacts from dead C500

Hi

My SPV C500 will not turn on this morning. I've replaced the battery but it still won't switch on. It is one of the first ones so is overdue for replacement. But my big issue is that half of my contacts are on the phone and not the SIM.

Anybody know if the phone can be fixed or if there is a way of retrieving the phone contacts.

Was the replacement battery charged?

Unfortunately it's a bit late in the day but this is one of the main reasons to use Outlook to sync your contacts as they are not designed to be on the SIM as such.

If the phone flatly refuses to boot at al then unfortunately there is no way to retrieve your contacts.
