Guest amf666
Hi all, got my Treo 750 today and am in the process os setting it up. Whenever I try to Bluetooth a sound or picture file to it from my iMac i get "device does not have the necessary services". Am coming from Treo 650 so windows is new. Is there something I'm doing wrong. Any help would be appreciated.

Guest MitchellO
Well I just gave it a try on my laptop using a USB Bluetooth adaptor and it worked fine. I am using the Widcomm drivers, version 4.0.1.700.
Guest MitchellO
I just realised that I was trying it in the wrong direction before. I couldn't send to the 750v either. BUT!!!! I worked it out. If you go into Beam in Settings and tick receiving incoming beams it works no problem. Its weird how Pocket PC relies on the IrDA panels for sending and receiving files via Bluetooth. The fact that when sending a file you use the Beam option gave me the idea that it could be similar in the other direction.
Guest amf666
Worked a treat! Thank you VERY VERY much. I've been a Mac person so long I struggle to do anything with windows now.
