And just like many other people, I have the now infamous non-working (dodgy) joystick problem. It only works sometimes, and more often than not it barely works at all in most directions. Since I bought the phone on eBay, it looks like I have no warranty :D Anyways, what I am wondering is if anyone knows how I can remap the for joystick directions (e.g. up, down, left, right) to the 4 music keys on the device. I don't use the music keys, so it shouldn't be a big loss. I have tried to search the forums for this information but all I've been able to find is how to remap these keys to load applications, not how to remap these keys to function as other keys.
