Guest The Doctor
Yes its another HTC ROM comestic thing I don't like :) When in UMTS coverage, the phone displays the text 'UMTS' before the network name. eg UMTS T-Mobile I've worked out how to disable it and change the text displayed before the network name, but what i REALLY want is to have it displayed AFTER the Network name :D On the Orange ROM from the M3100 i played with in a shop i noticed '3G' was after the word Orange So, if somebody could be so kind as to give me the contents of the following reg key i would be forever grateful :D HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > OEM > PhoneSetting Phil Edited February 2, 2007 by The Doctor

Guest The Doctor
Thanks argh :) Changing ONSDisplayRule=dword:00000001 to ONSDisplayRule=dword:00000008 has added a UK suffix to the network name. I'm in the process of comparing all the reg entries and seeing if i can spot anymore differences :D Phil Off-topic: Oooooooo shiny new posting box :D Now i know why i had to log in again :D
