Download the newest version, and try again. I have had a similar problem as I picked up a qtek 8310 the other week. It has to do with you firwall blocking the connection, mine would say it found phone but syncing would just hang.

You will find a support page if you go to Microsoft that explains what to do. This link should point you in the right direction.

Failing that I have a file that you can load onto your phone that allows you to turn connection back into a simple serial usb connection, thus bypassing the new set up. Only thing is you will have to open this program whenever you turn off phone or remove the battery, but i try not to do either.

It works on mine, and was the only way i could find around problem as i am using the free zone alarm, and support page only lists solution for full version of zone alarm suite.

I have used the same file on a spv m3100 to get that working too.

Is it not because you can only sync with one Smartphone ?

You could try deleting the partnership with the C500 and then create a new one with the C600.

You can repeat the process if you want to keep the C500 up-to-date - bit of a pain but not too much trouble.

But you can sync with more than one phone, i have sync both c500 and 8310 on two computers at the same time.
