Guest Gavink151 Posted March 5, 2007 Report Share Posted March 5, 2007 Hello! Am I right in saying a hard reset of the m5000 (HTC Universal) will result in ALL user data being removed completely? I.e. it will have exactly what it had on it when it came out of the box? What about if you have done a firmware upgrade? Is that lost? Cheers!!
