I have a question regarding the "task bar". As mine was Orange branded, I have gone through the steps of unlocking it and have removed the Orange Homescreen using one of the tweak programs posted here. I was hoping this would then show icons in my taskbar as if it were a "real" PC, but this hasn't happened. Can someone point me in the right direction to get this to appear for me? Guest MonkeyJug Posted March 12, 2007 Report Share Posted March 12, 2007 i'm not sure why you had to use a tweak to remove the orange homescreen - you can just do it from settings, personal, today and remove the tick... anyway, you should try wisbar advance from lakeridgesoftware - it has the function that you are looking for... ;) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

This lets you shut programs as well as minimise them and also has a very nice, unobtrusive, battery indicator. This is the only program that I could not do without.
