Poor in-call sound quality

Guys

Anyone have any tips for improving the in-call sound quality on a Wizard (XDA Mini S)

Several of our users are complaining that, when they are talking on their Wizards, the other person can't hear them clearly. They sound very quiet, and their voice is unclear.

Others are also complaining that they can't hear the other person well.

We've tried in-call volume adjustment, but is there some way to adjust the mic volume to boost their voices for the benefit of the other person?

I do know that here in the US that when i have a call where i sound tinish that it is the line that the Cellular provider has me on is bad. otherwise i have never had a problem. Sorry i couldn't be more help.
