c500 orange, but does'nt accept orange SIM

i have c500 orange trying to unlock. i cant manage to unock it coz it does not accept orange simcard.

is there any other way of unlocking my phone?

If you could find a desktop-based SP task manager which can terminate the 'SIM lock process' (not sure of the process' name) then maybe it is possible to proceed with instructions you know of otherwise you need to secure an Orange SIM (prepaid et al)

A good start re task manager is SOTI's Pocket Controller or perhaps Jeyo Mobile Companion. Anything which features a task manager and can run under C500 high security settings or that which have RAPI access under 'high security state'.
