Guest balleklorin Posted April 22, 2007 Report Posted April 22, 2007 Can anybody tell me how to hard reset this phone (HTC S710)? Thx
Guest Paul (MVP) Posted April 22, 2007 Report Posted April 22, 2007 You can use the application in the 'Expert' menu, called 'Clear Storage'. P
Guest balleklorin Posted April 22, 2007 Report Posted April 22, 2007 You can use the application in the 'Expert' menu, called 'Clear Storage'. P But what to do if the phone will not boot right? The phone is just rebooting.
Guest Paul (MVP) Posted April 22, 2007 Report Posted April 22, 2007 I haven't checked the settings on the Vox yet, it's normally to hold down the two soft keys and then tap the power button. P
Guest ayanGR Posted May 2, 2007 Report Posted May 2, 2007 (edited) This reboot issue has happened twice to my S710. The phone reboots, shows the 'windows mobile' screen, ther reboots and reboots... It seems to be related with the MicroSD. I remove the MicroSD and then the phone boots OK. It might be worth checking out before you hard-reset. Edited May 2, 2007 by ayanGR
Guest Paul (MVP) Posted May 2, 2007 Report Posted May 2, 2007 You know, i've had this too... running SKTools [lite] and clearing duplicate notifications then seemed to resolve it. Very odd. P
Guest madds Posted May 2, 2007 Report Posted May 2, 2007 hi, i'm having this reboot issue also, but it seems to me only occurs whem my bat is under 20%. Another thing, only after i removed my micro-sd i was able to boot it normaly. quite strange but i think it will be corrected soon with a rom upgrade.
