It just says "Start" in the top bar, but it doesn't shift over to icon view. What can I do? Do I have to do a factory reset? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Its usually todo with the homescreen I find as this happened to me on my C600 a few times when a homescreen corrupted itself. The only thing I can suggest is that if you can find some way of getting too your settings panel either using the MRU which may be on you homescreen, voice tag, speed dial or perhaps or even using a file explorer as you can open settings within the windows directory. If you can get to the settings panel with out using the startmenu then you are in luck other wise you will have to hardreset im afraid!
