Does it work normally when you remove GMM? Yes it appears that this is only the problem when Google Maps is installed. When I remove the program 'send as vCard' works perfectly. When I got to CONTACTS, like you are saying, I don't have the 'Send as vCard' choice in the menu popup. But, if I select EDIT from the menu, then from within the edit mode, my menu popup contains the Sens as vCard choice. Check and see if that works the same on yours also.
