Guest paul1664
Hi, A few weeks back there was a big hoohaa about a Times article claiming that Orange were doing a flat rate £8 data pack. Having just received my latest bill (!) I was wondering when this would be available and if anybody has heard anything since. I need it yesterday. Best, Paul. Guest chucky.egg
That turned out to be a 30Mb/month for £8/month deal. "Flat rate" but not "unlimited" The latest from the ever-changing OCS is that there is no "unlimited" bundle, but there are still members here who have the £8/month Orange World Unlimited which is (allegedly) exactly that. Nobody, least of all Orange, really know what's available.

Guest martinwilliams999
I decided to go for the Orange £5 per month unlimited (capped to 4 gigabytes) off-peak deal. The cap is Waaaaay higher than the £8 deal and if you use it outside the off-peak times (7pm - 7am and weekends) you don't pay any more than £1.50 a day, regardless of usage. this suits me just fine as most of my Internet time is in the evening at work.
