It seems that there is a lot of software installed by default which consumes quite a bit of memory. How can I clear up some memory without loosing basic functionality. Guest conan_troutman Posted June 15, 2007 Report Share Posted June 15, 2007 do you mean physical memory or program memory...if its the latter just switch off and back on, if its physical mamoery then your pretty much out of look as the memory is very low there are loads of ways to gain more memory the first is to use the search function here at modaco and you'll soon find loads of solutions...if you do have lots of programs installed on the memory card you can look at /Windows/AppMgr and move every folder in there exceot "install" to the memory card or PC but you most put them back and reboot before you uninstall or upgrade any of your installed software.
