Guest e-v@n
I found that this problem was solved when I have removed my picture from desktop Windows Live Messenger. I don't know how this helps but it worked for me. Hope it will help.

I will try it today or tonight.. do you know if its just 'Window Live Messenger' desktop version or will 'MSN Messenger 7' also affect it?

Guest Electronic Punk
Also as part of my thread... if you set your display pic with a 100px x 100px image from your phone (as it iseems to be poor at resising) you will get your display pic back. Guest xenokia
The only way I could fix this problem was by going into my Windows Live account options (went through Hotmail Options) and remove the information there. Removing the info in WLM didn't make any difference for me. After I removed my picture, it sync'ed right up and I didn't have any more error messages^^
