Guest paholman Posted June 13, 2007 Report Posted June 13, 2007 I've seen the other posts saying HTC confirm that HTC 710 VOX, SPV E650 etc are compatible with 2GB, but no higher. I tried a 2GB Sandisk (not Ultra) in a Qtek 8500 and it corrupted the card, and it's no longer usable. I don't want to the same thing to happen if I order another one for this phone. I'm tempted to go for the Ultra II as it says it's faster than the standard ones. Has anyone tried a Sandisk 2GB Ultra II, does it work ok? Is it worth paying the extra for the performance Has anyone tried both Ultra II and non Ultra and noticed any performance difference? How does Kingston brand compare with SanDisk Thanks in advance
Guest kevinsephiroth Posted June 13, 2007 Report Posted June 13, 2007 I bought a MicroSD SanDisk (standard) 2GO 30Euros in France, in a MicroSD reader on WinXP it works at 4MO/s in write.... ANd it's not corrupted by the phone.
Guest Disco Stu Posted June 13, 2007 Report Posted June 13, 2007 Has anyone tried a Sandisk 2GB Ultra II, does it work ok? I'm using an Ultra II in my E650 and it appears to be working perfectly. I have only used this one though so can't vouch for 'plain' 2GB cards nor manufacturers other than Sandisk
