Phone settings menu not displayed

hi friends

im having mpx220 in that while moving to phone settings only the text fields are displayed but the labels are not displayed. for example the Ext .LCD image is not displayed but corresponding text box is displayed.all my "phone settings" contents are displayed like this only but no problem with all other menu like homescreeen,sounds,profile,.....etc.I`m only getting problem in Phonesettings menu only.
