Guest nomadic100 Posted September 9, 2007 Report Share Posted September 9, 2007 I've had my c500 for about a year now, no major problems until this week. generally the phone has slowed down and can lock up when recieving calls and hangs up when making calls. I've tried to hard reset (I know what to do!) but I'm getting a white screen, rather than press '0' to restore default :wub: . Any ideas would be very welcome. Guest nomadic100 Posted September 11, 2007 Report Share Posted September 11, 2007 Just as a follow up, I sucsessfully managed a re-boot and and still the phone locks up during making/receiving calls, normally around 20 secs into the call.
