Arrrg Cannot move .lnk files in start menu

Hi there

After hard reset I can no longer move around the default .lnk files (ie. internet explorer, windows live ...) in /windows/start. If I try using resco explorer it says access denied. Total commander says that I cannot overwrite the file although I am moving it to a different folder e.g. /windows/start/inet. Links created by installed application can be moved.

What can I do? I cant even change properties for the .lnk files (+archive, +system)

I tried app unlocking but that did not help

I now hard reset my phone again and reinstalled everything and now I can move .lnk files so the problem must have been caused by some program trying to unlock my already unlocked phone or something...
