I prefer to use wifi whenever possible to save on data costs so is here any way in which I can extend the wifi range with say a wifi usb dongle? I think it ould have to be battery powered rather than off the usb, which is fine but i'd rather not buy one until i have a good idea as to whether it might work first. Its coming up to the cooler months here and i plan to spend a good deal of time outside, but i've noticed that the wifi range isnt great. could a host and drivers be written or is it an impossibility?
