Guest uggit Posted September 25, 2007 Report Posted September 25, 2007 Has anyone RMA'ed their S710 (or other HTC device) under warranty with HTC service? If so what was your experience? i.e., how would you rate them, any problems, etc. I just RMA'ed my S710 and sent it to HTC in TX. The d-pad left stopped working altogether. I think it's a short somewhere. Sometimes when I opened and closed the keyboard it would continuously go left like the left button was stuck. Anyway, just wondering what to expect from HTC service. Thanks.
