Guest Metafunk
Hi All I am hoping to get my Vario III today. I need to unlock it to use on O2. Where is the best place to do this? Should I do it via T-Mobile and wait for 28 days or can I safely do it on-line. Thanks M
Guest Shuflie
Its extremely unlikely you'll see a third party unlock solution for two or three months yet. Your best best is t-mobile at the minute, as far as I know they aren't too bad with unlocking prices, but if you're a new customer you may have to wait a month. They are only going to Charge £15 and I renewed my contract. I was quoted around 28 days. Not sure how long they really take. M
Guest Paul (MVP)
I think the wait for either a free or paid unlock will be VERY long for the Kaiser i'm afraid! P

Not sure how long they really take. You can get unlocking code from T-Mobile after first month of your contract for £15 added to your bill. I've had to wait exactly 28 working days (which makes over a month), to get unlocking codes for my Vario II, although each time I've called CS about this, I was told that letter with code will arrive within 'next couple of days'. :| Edited September 28, 2007 by evad

Guest Metafunk
Got the Vario today. Looks great. Its smaller then what I expected. I have requested the unlock code from T-Mobile for £15. They said 28 days. I will update the thread when I get it. M,
